Samiya Upma
Ingredients

Semia ( vermicelli)  - 2 cup
Oil -  2 tsp
Mustard seed  -  ½ tsp
Urud dal  - ½ tsp
Dried chilies – 1 no
Curry leaves –   2 strips
Ginger -  cut into small pcs – ½ tsp
Green chilies – cut into small pcs -1 tsp
Salt – to taste


Preparation Method

Take water in a vessel and boil Semia . The remove the water and keep it aside.  Heat oil in a pan. Put mustard seeds, Urud dal , curry leaves, dry chilly and fry. Put the chopped Onion, ginger, green chilies and  roast for some time. Add the boiled semia into it and mix well. Have to serve hot.
