Ghee Dosa

Ingredients:

  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger – ½ inch piece
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Curry leaves – 1 sprig
  • Small onions – 2 (optional)
  • Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon

Preparation Method:

  1. Grind grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, salt, and small onions in a mortar & pestle (or mix in a blender) to a coarse paste.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add this tempering to the chutney mixture and mix well.
  4. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with dosa, idli, chapati, or rice porridge! 😋
