Crispy Cheese Balls

Required Ingredients:

  • Cheese (Mozzarella/Cheddar) – 1 cup (grated)
  • Potato – 2 (boiled and mashed)
  • Carrot (Optional) – ΒΌ cup (finely chopped)
  • Maida (All-Purpose Flour) – 2 tablespoons
  • Corn Flour/Bread Crumbs – Β½ cup
  • Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – ΒΌ teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – Β½ teaspoon
  • Salt – As required
  • Pepper Powder – Β½ teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves/Coriander Leaves – A small amount
  • Oil – For frying
  • Water – A small amount

Preparation Method:

1️⃣ Boil the potatoes and mash them well.
2️⃣ Add grated cheese, curry leaves, salt, chili powder, garam masala, and pepper powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3️⃣ Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls.
4️⃣ Prepare a batter by mixing maida with water.
5️⃣ Dip the cheese balls into the batter, then coat them with bread crumbs or corn flour.
