Required Ingredients:
- Cheese (Mozzarella/Cheddar) β 1 cup (grated)
- Potato β 2 (boiled and mashed)
- Carrot (Optional) β ΒΌ cup (finely chopped)
- Maida (All-Purpose Flour) β 2 tablespoons
- Corn Flour/Bread Crumbs β Β½ cup
- Chili Powder β 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder β ΒΌ teaspoon
- Garam Masala β Β½ teaspoon
- Salt β As required
- Pepper Powder β Β½ teaspoon
- Curry Leaves/Coriander Leaves β A small amount
- Oil β For frying
- Water β A small amount
Preparation Method:
1οΈβ£ Boil the potatoes and mash them well.
2οΈβ£ Add grated cheese, curry leaves, salt, chili powder, garam masala, and pepper powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
3οΈβ£ Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls.
4οΈβ£ Prepare a batter by mixing maida with water.
5οΈβ£ Dip the cheese balls into the batter, then coat them with bread crumbs or corn flour.
6οΈβ£ Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the cheese balls until they turn golden brown.
