Garlic Kadala Curry
Ingredients:

Kadala – 1 cup (soaked)

Garlic – 5-6 cloves

Chili powder – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

Salt – as needed

Grated coconut – ¼ cup

Coconut oil – 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Preparation:

Cook the Kadala thoroughly.

Add garlic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder to the cooked kadala and let it simmer.

Mix in grated coconut and curry leaves, then drizzle coconut oil over it.
