Egg – 3
Potato – 2
Onion – 1
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger – 1 piece
Green chilly – 6
Tomato – 1
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – as required
Salt – to taste
Coconut oil – 1 tsp
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Cashew nut / Almond – paste – 2 tsp
Method of cooking
Boil the egg and cut the boiled eggs into half and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions , ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, tomato and sauté. Then add the cut potato pieces and required salt and cook for some time by closing the lid. While the potato gets cooked, adds all the other ingredients and the cashew and almond paste and mix well. Then add the egg pieces Add the coconut milk and once it start to boil can remove the kurma from stove . .
