Ingredients
1. Koorka - ½ Kilo
2. Grated coconut – 150 gram
3. Onion – 1
4. Turmeric powder – one pinch
5. Chilly powder – one tea spoon
6. Meat masala - ½ tea spoon
7. Garam masala - ½ tea spoon
8. Ginger and garlic - paste - 2 tea spoon
9. Coriander powder - ½ tea spoon
10. Curry leaves - as required
11. Salt - as required
Method of preparation
Take a pan. Heat oil . on getting oil heated add onion, ginger, garlic and curry leaves into it and roast for some time. when it get roasted add all the powders and required salt into it and saute. Then add cleaned and chopped Koorka and mix well. Add required water and cook. You can use this as curry or Ularthiyathu. When you are using as ularthiyathu , can add the fried curry leaves.
